Roth Auto was developed as a concept brand for a proposed electric vehicle startup in the U.S., with a bold vision to make EV ownership more accessible and equitable. The brand was created to help initiate funding, attract early-stage investors, and build momentum for the future development and production of the vehicles.

Positioned at the intersection of clean technology and consumer empowerment, the brand aimed to build trust with both early-stage investors and potential buyers through transparency and a streamlined purchase experience.
 

Our role was to develop a visual identity system that clearly expressed Roth Auto’s core values: clarity, fairness, authenticity, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer journey. The design language we created was clean and confident, using a bold typographic logo, a monotone colour palette, and an intuitive layout system to signal both innovation and integrity. Every element of the visual system was crafted to support the brand’s mission — from investor decks to early-stage buyer communications.

he result was a cohesive identity that felt accessible yet aspirational — a brand built not just to sell electric vehicles, but to represent a shift in how people experience and engage with automotive innovation. Roth Auto’s brand presence stood as a foundation for future product launches, marketing campaigns, and digital tools, all designed to drive momentum from concept to the open road.

To support Roth Auto’s investor and buyer engagement strategy, we designed a suite of high-end mockups for prestige gift items — carefully curated to reflect the brand’s refined, forward-thinking spirit. These were envisioned as tactile expressions of the Roth Auto promise: thoughtful, elevated, and built to impress. Each item was imagined with precision, offering a glimpse into the aspirational lifestyle the brand sought to represent.

We also created a concept website, all designed in a minimal monotone palette using classic serif typography. This deliberate pairing of restraint and sophistication served to underscore the brand’s values of clarity and authenticity, while positioning Roth Auto as a serious, design-led contender in the EV space.

From printed materials to digital experience, every detail was crafted to convey confidence, craftsmanship, and long-term vision.
