We were commissioned to develop a distinctive visual identity for a limited fashion-forward range of eyewear crafted from uncommon materials such as polycarbonate, corten steel, and brass. This collection marked a bold shift from Ray-Ban’s heritage classics — a story of innovation and materiality that deserved a dedicated design system. Our task was to visually capture the essence of this experimental spirit while maintaining the brand’s iconic status.
To extend the identity into retail environments, we designed a series of point-of-sale posters and in-store visuals that translated the digital tone into physical presence. Using close-up product photography, sharp composition, and restrained colour palettes, the campaign brought tactile luxury to the forefront. The result was a cohesive and elevated system that allowed Ray-Ban to tell a fresh story — one rooted in design, materiality, and modern style.

At the heart of the rollout was a dedicated microsite designed to introduce and showcase the collection. With a clean, editorial-inspired layout and intuitive navigation, the site gave each frame its moment — highlighting materials, craftsmanship, and styling. We selected Barlow, a sleek sans-serif typeface, to reflect the collection’s modern, understated cool. Its geometric form and wide spacing added a sense of confidence and elegance, aligning perfectly with the fashion-forward positioning.

The point-of-sale posters were designed to evoke a subdued nightlife atmosphere — moody, magnetic, and unmistakably urban. We used deep shadows and minimal backdrops to keep the focus on the eyewear, while still creating an immersive, cinematic vibe that hinted at late-night energy and effortless style.
Strobes of coloured light — electric blues, muted purples, and neon reds — danced across the models’ faces, casting sharp highlights and unexpected reflections on the frames. This play of light added a dynamic, fashion-forward edge to the visuals, capturing the spirit of the collection and speaking directly to a style-conscious, nocturnal audience.
