When PKL approached us, they were ready for a brand identity that matched their reputation—professional, confident, and memorable.
We began by developing a bold new logo that would stand out in the competitive recruitment space. The final design uses a clean, contemporary typeface and a distinct combination of green and black—green to represent growth and opportunity, and black for strength and professionalism. This balance echoed PKL’s dual focus on people and performance.
From there, the visual identity was extended across a suite of branded materials.
The result was a comprehensive brand toolkit that not only elevated PKL's visual presence but also helped solidify their position as a recruitment agency with both heart and hustle.
We designed everything from recruitment brochures and print ads to die-cut promotional pieces crafted with precision to fit standard DL envelopes, making them both cost-effective and impactful. We also created a series of witty, offbeat holiday cards that gave PKL a fun, human edge—proving that even in a serious industry, personality matters.
In addition to the visual identity, we worked closely with PKL to shape their messaging and voice. From crafting engaging taglines to writing copy for campaigns and marketing collateral, our goal was to reflect their approachable, professional tone across every touchpoint.
